I originally forgot Ash Grey Dye, and had probably mixed it up with Goobbue Grey, so I have made a new set of Grey Dyes screenshots and replace the old one. Also, I just noticed that some of the screenshots didn’t have the link to its large image, so now I corrected that as well.

After making a post about crafted dyes, my friend asked for store-bought dyes that we buy from NPC at merchant stalls in the markets. So here goes, all the dyes in screenshots.
This set of equipment includes:

Don’t you think it is a bit unfair that in brown category, there are 8 colors (not including the other 2 that are crafted only!) And look, Purple only has 2 colors. *pout*

Here, for Moss Green, I never tried it before because of the name and the color sample dot on the Dye Pot. The color in the sample looks so dark and not to my liking. However, when it is on the clothes, Moss Green is quite bright. I quite like it.

Is there white or black dye in the game?
Yes, Soot Black Dye and Snow White Dye. Both are crafted only.

Noticed the dyes are the same for every single piece of gears worn. Is it possible to have different dyes on different gear piece? Thnks.
Ah, you actually have to dye each piece separately. I just matched all pieces to same color because it is easier to label the color in my reference this way. ^^

Thanks for putting this together, Aleczan! I agree there should be more shades of purple, and why did they make 8 different browns lol? I don’t see too many people walking around in brown gear.
I hope Square-Enix will offer more colors in the future updates!
Right! I don’t see many people in brown gear. Now, yayyyyyyy~ though, because they added 2 more purple dyes so I can’t really complain (but brown got 5! WHAT!? Unfair! LOL!)
